My annoyances...
10. Teachers who think they have to explain things to a parent on the same level they would a first grader...(conversations on 02-06-09 with my 12 yr old 6Th grade LA teacher)
Me: Walks down 6Th grade hallway in search of my son who was kept after school..
Son: Enters hallway followed by teacher.... "MOM~! (hugs)
Teacher: 'Are you Ben's mother?"
Me: (thinking"DER,hence why he calls me Mom") " Yes Ma'am. Hello I am Angela,
Nice to meet you.
Teacher: Did you get a letter that you had to sign last week about Ben's project due
Monday next week.
Me: Yes I signed it and sent it back. Why
Teacher: OK you are aware of his project to be presented on Tuesday be
turned in on Monday. Its for his CPA..You do know what that is correct?
See here we have this form and its for brainstorming.He has to form a
hypothesis and write it as well as a thesis. Do you Know what those
two things are? (ME: thinking to myself Lady I am not as dumb as you look)
Me: Yes Ma'am quite familiar with both.
Ben hangs his head and grins. He knows I am famous for my smart ass comments to stupid questions. Even after that she still is going to try to explain to me what they were.. So needless to say I had to stop her. "Mrs. Eagle Beak I am well educated I have graduated college with two degrees . I think we can handle this. Ben will be well prepared for his presentation come Monday.
9. Drivers who pull out in front of me and only do 15 mph making me have to slam on brakes to keep from rear ending them.
8. People who know everything and would argue every subject with a brick wall just to appear intelligent.
7. Women drivers ! yes YOU READ THAT RIGHT~! I SAID WOMEN DRIVERS~! Women have a tendency to think they own the road and aren't very good at paying attention to one task i.e. driving but still attempt two at once talking on THE DAMN CELL PHONE~!
6. Male Drivers~! They tend to drive to aggressively and ride my ass for miles. ALL WHILE TALKING ON THE DAMN CELL PHONE~!
7. Politicians~~ They annoy the hell out of me~! Stop kissing ass and telling us what you think we want to hear . Learn to tell the truth. BE HONEST. It really isn't that hard. We are adults, we can take any bad news you have to offer and we don't need it sugar coated.
6. Nursing Home Workers~~ Apparently this is where all the dumb asses that barely graduated nursing school and passed their boards work.. They are to stupid to use their common sense. If a man has bladder cancer stage 4 and a Foley in place, common sense tells you it is not his penis bleeding with blood present in the urine collection bag as you just told the 911 operator. HELLO~! DER~!
5. Selfish people~~ The first thing we learned in play school was to share.. It really isn't all about you I promise~! Put others before yourself. Especially when its your own family.
4. Nagging~! I LOATHE nagging.. I heard you once~! I heard you even the second time~! After that you are annoying the hell out of me you defiantly won't get what you asked for ~!
3. Unsolicited Advice~! I don't want your advice I promise~! I have enough of my own and I'm not using it either~!
2. Touchy feely people.. Don't touch me unless invited to do so~! Its icky weird and it ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME~!
1. TEENAGERS~! THEY ANNOY THE HELL OUT OF ME ~! THEY GET ICE AND LEAVE ONE ICE CUBE IN THE ICE TRAY SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FILL IT UP~!
